Shipping Companies offer both Import & Export Sea Freight services. Companies will have regular sailing to and from a possible 200 Worldwide ports, and can collect and deliver from any UK address (UK based). Both full Container and Part Load rates are offered.
Schedule Service/1st Flight Shipping Rates
Shipping Companies can book your consignment onto a 1st available flight service with its own master airway bill. This service is designed for urgent or restricted freight that requires carriage on a specific airline.

Shipping companies may also offer unique services which allows importers to benefit from an the service.
Import Customs Clearance Shipping Rates
Shipping companies should be linked to the main HM Customs & Excise computer that allows direct access to clearances within the UK. Companies are also happy to provide free ongoing advice on aspects of importing, including inward processing relief (IPR). Temporary imports and end user. A full HM Custom & Excise approved ERTS warehouse is also operated by shipping companies.
Dangerous Goods Shipping Shipping Rates
As an area covered by strict transport legislation, an importer or exporter of dangerous goods cannot be unsure of the freight forwarder that they entrust their requirements to. All members of staff involved in the handling of your hazardous cargo are independently trained and certified. Look for a carrier that is IATA approved.
